This site, now in its 27th season, is a labour of love and fun from one of Ottawa's most avid time trialists and number crunchers. It adheres to and is permitted by the laws of Canada, promotes the objectives of every bicycle club whose results are shown, and is donated free of charge by myself for your enjoyment and usage. If you would like results from series you ride in to be shown here, give me (celia.mcinnis@gmail.com) a shout!
NOTE that this site had to be quickly moved to a new server with a new version of Perl. Unfortunately the way of interacting with the web form has changed, so I'll have to do some reprogramming to get the buttons and search boxes working. Meanwhile the links work fine and you can always add query specifications into the URL! :-)

Conditions before the event made it difficult for many of us to even get to the registration area. Motorists were slowed to a standstill and rerouted by a traffic accident on Innes Road while bikers had to deal with a considerable East wind. The vote at the start was to leave the distance at 10km, and considering the side wind and the number of riders who were tired from weekend competitions, this was good enough. As it was, only Kathy Bradley improved upon her previous attempt at this course, though the night's fastest finisher, Margot Hall, improved her cube speed ratio from her previous 2007 WTT 15km best by a similar amount. Probably the most fun of the evening was generated by the "teamsters union (or breakup!)" of Alison Ingham and Joanne Schuck. Joanne, wanting to rest for this weekend's Grand Prix, had no interest in riding the time trial as an individual, but accepted Alison's offer to just draft off of her. Well, Alison charged off of the start line and it took Joanne, who had a bad start with no holder, 2 km to catch up. We're pretty sure that this was good for everybody! Good luck on Saturday, Joanne - You've got plenty of time to recover from the chuckling!
