This was the easiest WTT day so far this season and it was unfortunate that many may have passed upon coming due to the thunderstorm forecast. Ellen's 22:48 is currently the fastest WTT VBF time in our database, though looking here, we expect that record to be updated! Pippa's 24:31 was close to the top of her best results. It was a pleasure to have Nicole back on the bike at the WTT, her first time trial since her knee surgery in the winter. At this point, still having to leave the foot on the mending leg free to rotate, she had an enjoyably eccentric setup of unmatched shoes and unmatched pedals, but with how well she rode, maybe the trend will catch on!
