Sunshine and light winds allowed all twelve of the repeat performers to improve upon their seasons series bests today with Louise McLaren taking the honours as the most improved. The fastest man of the day, and of the year thus far, was Jean-François Fillion with a new database pb of 21:47. Jean-François has so far only participated in a few early season OBC time trials with excellent rankings. It would be interesting to see how fast he can ride later in the season when temperatures and fitness levels tend to rise. Today's top woman was Genviève Marquis, who was new to time trialling last year and has become a solid time trialist.
