Nine riders arrived at the start line to hot humid conditions, overcast, humid, and a 27C temp; all but one finished. Ian Austen suffered a flat on the way to the start line. The fastest this evening was Mike Nash RwR in a time of 20:00. Fastest from ABC was Mike Coldwell in a time of 24:15, tying his season best. Fastest female was Anne-Marie Carter-McAuslan ABC in a time of 27:43 a Season Best. There were an additional two season bests; Les Humphreys, and Bob Woods.
Next 15k TT is Tues. 25 August, meet at Union Hall at 6:15 for a 6:30 pm start. Time trials are open to all who have OCA coverage, or a UCI licence.
The next ABC 40k TT is Sun. 6 Sept., meet at the Christian Academy parking lot in Franktown, 10 km south of Carleton Place, at 7:45 am, registration from 7:45 to 8:00 am, with start shortly after. Sept. 5th, to indicate your intention to do the 40k TT, and to attend the BBQ.
The date for the club bbq was incorrectly given in the email which presented the July 21 tt results. The bbq will be held following the 40 km tt to be held September 6, 2015.
