Dave McAuslan comments: Seven riders arrived at the start line to near ideal conditions, calm, sunny, humid, and a 29C temp; all finished. The fastest this evening was Larry Burge OBC in a time of 22:53 a season best. Fastest from ABC was Mike Coldwell in a time of 24:15, also a season best. There were an additional two season bests; Scott Martin doing his first ride of the season on the course, and Greg Calnan who took off more than half a minute from his previous season best.
Next 15k TT is Tues. 4 August, meet at Union Hall at 6:15 for a 6:30 pm start. Note that these times are 1/2 hour earlier than July 28. Time trials are open to all who have OCA coverage, or a UCI licence.
The next ABC 40k TT is Sun. 9 Aug., meet at the Christian Academy parking lot in Franktown, 10 km south of Carleton Place, at 7:45 am, registration from 7:45 to 8:00 am, with start shortly after. The date for the club bbq was incorrectly given in the email which presented the July 21 tt results. The bbq will be held following the 40 km tt to be held September 6, 2015.
