This site, now in its 27th season, is a labour of love and fun from one of Ottawa's most avid time trialists and number crunchers. It adheres to and is permitted by the laws of Canada, promotes the objectives of every bicycle club whose results are shown, and is donated free of charge by myself for your enjoyment and usage. If you would like results from series you ride in to be shown here, give me (celia.mcinnis@gmail.com) a shout!
NOTE that this site had to be quickly moved to a new server with a new version of Perl. Unfortunately the way of interacting with the web form has changed, so I'll have to do some reprogramming to get the buttons and search boxes working. Meanwhile the links work fine and you can always add query specifications into the URL! :-)

Despite the challenge indicated by the horizontal windsock tonight, 20 of the 34 people who had ridden earlier in the 2008 OTT series improved upon their previous season/series best (five by more than 10%), and our fastest man, Michael Nash, managed to equal his previous 2008 best time of 19:09. In fact 14 riders, all well experienced, managed to improve upon their previous database best! You may click here to see a graph of all of the 2008-May performances for riders who did at least two OTT events, and here for a graph of just the women. It's only May, and hence it looks as if it is going to be a year of phenomenal performances, with credits given for the smoother pavement, the ever improved bicycles which we buy, and our dedication to this enjoyable sport! Hopefully we'll see Michael Nash break the long-standing database record of 18:43, which he tied last year, and some excellent performances from the increasing number of women who are riding faster than 40km/h.
