This site, now in its 27th season, is a labour of love and fun from one of Ottawa's most avid time trialists and number crunchers. It adheres to and is permitted by the laws of Canada, promotes the objectives of every bicycle club whose results are shown, and is donated free of charge by myself for your enjoyment and usage. NOTE that this site had to be quickly moved to a new server with a new version of Perl. Unfortunately the way of interacting with the web form has changed, so I'll have to do some reprogramming to get the buttons and search boxes working. Meanwhile the links work fine and you can always add query specifications into the URL! :-)

There were only 44 riders tonight, possibly because of the rain in some parts of town, but at least it was dry on the Rocklffe Parkway throughout. With NNW side winds of about 20km/h and fairly high air pressure of 101.5kPa at the Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport, it wasn't a particularly easy night, but that didn't stop 17 people from attaining new Season-Series bests and ten from setting new personal database bests! The most improved was Minime (turns 13 to 14 years old this year) male rider Carson Miles with an incredible 17.81% improvement in his cube-speed for 23:45. He was out with aero bars and an aero helmet for the first time - much enjoyed birthday gifts! Almost as much improved was Veteran A (turns 30-39 years old this year) Andrew Deak with a 16.90% improvement for 20:54. This was only his 3rd OBC time trial, and I'm not sure what other excuses he had for turning out such a great improvement! Another very noteworthy new PB was Minime female rider Nia Byway whose 23:32 sets a new Female Minime All Time Best.
