This site, now in its 27th season, is a labour of love and fun from one of Ottawa's most avid time trialists and number crunchers. It adheres to and is permitted by the laws of Canada, promotes the objectives of every bicycle club whose results are shown, and is donated free of charge by myself for your enjoyment and usage. If you would like results from series you ride in to be shown here, give me (celia.mcinnis@gmail.com) a shout!
NOTE that this site had to be quickly moved to a new server with a new version of Perl. Unfortunately the way of interacting with the web form has changed, so I'll have to do some reprogramming to get the buttons and search boxes working. Meanwhile the links work fine and you can always add query specifications into the URL! :-)

Many thanks to Michael Coiré for taking start and some finish line pictures from the vantage point of the dandelions at the side of the road. I couldn't help but chuckle. Thanks as well to the volunteers who make this event happen!

The air pressure was a little higher than last week, and the breeze a little more, but it was still a very fine time trial night for the 71 entrants. Thirty-Six of the sixty-seven with earlier OTT results in 2015 improved upon their season-series best and fifteen improved upon their previous 15km database personal best. Special congratulations to para hand cyclist Tim Williams for again improving with his incredible 31:44 - that is 28.361 km/h. To do this sort of time using only one's arms is incredible. Also it was great to have Joachim Toelke crack the 20 minute barrier after a number of near misses! He managed 19:58 (45.075km/h). As well, congratulations to Calah Wright for improving in her last 4 finishes and getting a new PB of 21:11 (42.486km/h). She will almost certainly go sub 21 this season. She was first amongst the women tonght while Aaron Fillion (18:31 for 48.605 km/h), his best thus far this season. Finally, the para tandem team of Emma Foy and Laura Thompson finished 2nd overall tonight with another speedy time of 19:38 (45.84km/h).

These results were first posted on the OBC web site circa 23:00 on 2015-Jul-16 and are available here for your added pleasure and analysis.
