Thanks Morley Dore for taking pictures for us so often. Thanks as well to the other volunteers who run this event!
Participants had a great year to enjoy the WTT series - the weather was warm and usually sunny. In all, 34 different women finished a total of 159 races before the Invitational We gave out prize to all who completed at least 5 WTT events and here are the rankings in terms of category. The Ottawa Bicycle Club awarded Ainara Benavente-Babace an OBC jersey as the most improved rider, She improved significantly in each of the 5 rides that she did. A second OBC jersey, donated by Barbara Wilson, was awarded to Margaret King as the most consistent.
We hope that everybody had fun and that even more people come out next year to do likewise.
