A beautiful evening drew 22 women out to ride tonight's WTT event. Linda Gilligan, who rode the event unregistered last week, returned this week to place first officially with an impressive time of 15:31. Since 1998, only Ellen Pazdzior has ridden the 10km event faster, and that was on the old course which most consider to be easier than the current one. Note that of the 15 women who were (officially) riding their second event of the series, all but one improved significantly.
