John Warren comments: "Eight riders arrived at the start line to ideal conditions: overcast, a 23C temperature, and little wind; all finished. The fastest this evening was Ian Austen (OBC) in a time of 24:53 a Season Best time. Fastest from ABC was Dianne Marleau in a time of 24:54. There were 6 season best times this evening."
Celia adds: John neglected to mention the rain storm which started just prior to the start and which kept on for about half of the event. Ideal conditions for ducks, perhaps, but a little less so for most of us and our bikes - It was quite dark on the way out and I was wishing that I had mounted some of my lights on my TT bike!
The next 15km time trial is on September 15, 2015. Sign in will be at 5:30pm and the watch will start at 6:00pm.
