Les Humphreys commented: "Despite calm conditions the 13th event of the Almonte 15k series attracted a field of only 2. However, this was over 100% better than last week, when only the timekeeper showed up in the rain. This week, with support volunteers outnumbering riders by two to one, seasonal bests were recorded by the entire field."

Registration for the 15 takes place next week ½ hour earler, at Union Hall at 6:00 pm, with the first rider off at 6:30.
