The 7th event of the Almonte 15k series attracted a field of 8. A strong tailwind out cancelled any prospect of any records being set, but Mike Nash nonetheless managed to post a sub 20 minute seasonal best performance, while, likewise, second placed Jim Tselemos improved 2 seconds.

Three out of the eight riders improved upon their season-series best.
