The third event of the Almonte 15k series attracted a field of five. A light crosswind made for easy riding in both directions, resulting in an improvement of over a minute for Chad Dempsey and 47seconds for Mike Nash. With the exception of Scott Smithson, riding his first 15 of the season the rest of the field both recorded similar scores, Ann-Marie with 48 seconds and Avery with a 50 second improvement over last week.
