Weather (08:00): Bright skies. Temperature: warm, Wind: breeze from the South.

Earlier dire weather predictions did not materialize and twenty five people - 8 women and 17 men - arrived bright and early in Calabogie to ride this first 40km ABC time trial of 2007. Most reported that it was challenging on the outward bound leg, which was both into the wind and predominantly up hill, but lots of fun on the return trip. Note that all seven of those who rode the first ABC 40km TT this year and last were faster today.
